Was HUNG UP ON TWICE while asking about kennel availability for Hurricane Harvey Evacuees! She placed me on hold to "go check" then hung up. I called back and the SAME thing happened! Unacceptable!!!
Called at 12:46 am . To report my pregnant cat is very weak. kShe urinated on floor. Why have a answering service if you can not see a vet anywhere in Neville. So upset for my cat. Just here watching her die.
I have been bringing my babies to this Veterinary Hospital for 6 years. They are sooo sweet and caring. I can't imagine taking my pets anywhere else.
this vet was so great with my dachshund she right away saw her and did tests and checked her and gave her medicine and worked with my budget they also taught me so much about my dog. I will definitely come back to this place. everyone was so friendly and helped in every way possible and they were super sweet to my dog! thank yall so much
