I have never had an issue!!! They are trained not to be to friendly to the inmates and I think from the reviews they do the same with the public! I think that is stupid! They should definitely be nice to the loved ones of the inmates! They better be careful!
Super rude when taking your license to hold. The c.o.s at the road are nice, but other than that, they are rude and it takes forever to have the visit even when there isn't a line of people
Thay were very nice to me,when I went and seen my son. Only thing I didn't like was not being able to sit by him or letting me hug him all the time haven't seen him in 7years and that's all I wanted to do was hug my baby.
They like to hang up on you when asking to speak with a supervisor!
They are rude when talking to them on the phone when you ask for a certain person office n they never returned your phone call at all I have to keep calling them n then they put u on hold for about 40 mins
