I had the same experience as another reviewer on here- quoted one price and then charged way more. They are dishonest. I had to report them to the BBB. They admited their mistake but still wouldn't make it right. Avoid them if you can.
Came right out was good. Quoted me $150 to remove plug from main sewer line. Charged me $267.42 guy told me it was because I lived in a rental house which was extra cost. I was pissed but what could ya do. Then next day the tub and toilet were backed up again. They didn't even get the whole clog out. So for fear of being charged $267 again I bought a flat snake for $50 and knocked the plug out myself. Who charges extra for it being a rental. And when he gave me the bill I questioned him about the price and he said well this is a rental right? He had already charged me the extra cost without even knowing it was a rental. It's BS in my opinion I feel I got cheated. I will never ever use these guys again. Beware if you get quoted they will probably charge more. I have the receipt if you (rice plumbing) would like to see it and make amends.
This was the worst management of time ive ever seen...couldn't tell me if they would make it out to my home in the morning or afternoon...well the day passed(i took day off to be home)and at 4:25 pm i called to see if they were still coming to do the job and Elsa i guess she's the secretary tells me i was resheduled for next day....these people had me sitting around waiting all day for nothing....people please dont deal with this company and find someone else...oh and by the way no one even had the decency to let me know i was re scheduled...FIND any other plumbing company people these guys are a joke!!!!
