3 stars is pushing it. Outside the main entrance was a sign saying excuse our mess we are renovating. They weren't kidding with the renovating. The entire lobby was torn up and their was dust everywhere and men working on the tile. Throughout the first floor there were signs saying to not step on tiles near the elevator or "out of service". It was just a lot going on. My room was thankfully clean and quiet. Everything great except my pillows felt flat. At about 3 am I had banging on my door and someone was trying to get in. I went to the front lobby and they said they accidentally gave my room to another customer and didn't know my room was already checked into. This would not have been a problem if I didn't have to wake up in just a few hours. The pool was completely green and had a random toilet sitting outside by the gate. The entrance to the hotel near my door wouldn't open so we had to walk around the hotel to the front entrance to get in- our room was the first at the end of the hallway so yes this was an inconvenience. This was just really disappointing to spend this amount on something that wasn't worth it. The rooms should have been deeply discounted if the facility was not complete. I could have gone elsewhere for the same price.
This is the WORST Holiday Inn in all of the IGH Company. The front desk clerk is incompetent, and the manager of the property doesn't care. The pool is disgusting, the hotel smells REALLY bad, and there's no hot water for the shower. I am demanding a refund for this low quality. Avoid this hotel if at all possible. I don't care about my reward points. They can have them.
The employees that work here are absolutely AMAZING.. The help and courtesy they have given my family and i is unreal. After losing our home to "HARVEY" we had no place to go. Imagine a family of 6 living in tiny car. I slept underneath to give my space to my wife..THEN we get a phone call from this hotel that there is 1 room available if we want it she will hold for us. They literally went out of they're way to help complete strangers..my faith in humanity has been restored...we are truly blessed with everything they have given my family and i.. I believe that these people are our guardian Angels...Thank you Holiday inn for everything yall have done and continue to do.. THANK GOODNESS FOR YALL AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!
Excellent hotel. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms were very clean. Most places are at best partially clean. This place was cleaned very well throughout the room everyday. I cannot praise this place enough. 10 stars!
Didn't tell us it had building work going on. No pool available. No juice at b/fast. Staff ok. Clean comfortable room.
