I was happy to see the reviews I'd read about cleanliness were true. There were two employees, one was nice and helpful as she was cleaning. The other came out of the back office when I rang the bell with a "go to ****" look on her face, I asked a question, to which she answered rudely. I've never needed to use a laundromat til now, but I will not go back to this place.
I have been getting my laundry done at this place for over a year. I get this service done due to an injury and not being able to lift things. The last several times my clothes have come back "manhandled" you could say and either half folded or not folded at all. Every time I tell them to do something they ignore my request and do it how ever they want. Today was the last straw for me and I will NEVER return! Not only did they refuse to help me lift the bags into my car, which they normally do for me as they know I'm injured, but they overcharged me $10 for my child's blanket which they have never done in the past. They claim that its a comforter even though its a blanket for my 3yr old son. On top of that I get home and put all of my clothes on my scale and they charged me an additional 10pounds of clothes. Also, watch your cc cards as I had fraud on mine twice now after using it here. I guess they just don't want my business and they did this to make me mad enough to not return. They need some serious help if they are going to treat customers like this. I'm also reporting them to the better business bureau. Unless you like to be overcharged, fraud on your cc cards and have your clothes washed unprofessionally I suggest you go elsewhere.

Haven't had any problems with dirty washers......public restroom always clean......lost a phone there and the owner was very helpful in trying to locate the phone.....wouldnt wash my clothes anywhere else.....the attendants are very nice and helpful too......
This is hands-down the best laundromat I have ever visited. Everything is always immaculately clean and the customer service is beyond your expectations. Convenient central location with television entertainment or if you just want to drop it off. Service is impeccable.
