okay, so I’ve had the worst luck and judgement on places to purchase a vehicle. I’ve spent the last 2.5 weeks trying to get into a dependable vehicle and in the process the three places I went through: Aztec in Beeville, AutoNation Buick and Hyundai in Corpus, and Alice Autoplex ended up running my Credit at least 11x and would keep me waiting all day long and even until the next day or two. All to end up telling me. Sorry things aren’t going to go through after I had been there from 9am until 4pm. I’ve worked so hard to build my credit, (the little bit that I have), for them to just keep running it without my knowledge.... but to top it off, they would say they were working deals and not much left in the process and then at the end of the day. They couldn’t do anything with my 543 fico score. They would start doing papers for 2013 vehicles that cost $15,000 They even then wanted $2,500 down for a $8,000 2011 vehicle. After all of that stuff, I still desperately needed and wanted a car. I still needed and wanted to try one last time, I’m glad I did! I went by Superior on Saturday when they were closing and met Mr. Gilbert Gonzales, he told me to go back on Monday bc they had just closed. I told him a little bit about my credit and situation with having school classes and an exam this weekend. He said, I won’t waste your time, I’ll tell you like it is when you come in. So here I am at home writing this review to tell you people: that are wondering whether or not to try to get a vehicle from superior. Just do it!!! It’s where I should of gone first. I am now a proud owner of a 2016 Mazda 3 I-sport. I cannot explain how appreciative I am. The customer service and understanding I received are beyond a 10+. He provided insurance company names and kept my payments low as well as having only a $1500 down payment. If you’re in need of a vehicle, I highly recommend visiting Mr. Gilbert Gonzales at Superior Auto in Beeville, Tx!!!!!!
